CI/CD automates defined checks, builds and release steps. We agree which tests and approval gates apply and how to recover a failed release. Automation reduces repeated manual work; it does not eliminate defects or guarantee zero downtime.

Security is architectural, not a checklist. We use input validation, parameterised queries, authentication best practices, dependency auditing, secure headers, and HTTPS-only configurations. For higher-security applications we conduct dedicated security reviews and can engage third-party penetration testing.

Handover covers the repository, setup and deployment documentation, account access and walkthrough agreed in the proposal. We identify secrets, dependencies, recurring charges and third-party licences so the receiving team can plan maintenance.

Yes. We scope both languages, RTL layouts, typography, forms, canonical URLs and hreflang. These help users and search engines identify the intended language version; they do not guarantee indexing or rankings.

The quotation and contract define any included support duration, its starting point and what it covers. Maintenance retainers for updates, monitoring or new features are scoped separately. No support period is assumed solely because the site has launched.
