(✦) In summary: Alpha Global

Alpha Global is a maintenance contracting company serving commercial clients in the United Arab Emirates. It won work through referral alone and had nothing online for the businesses actively searching for maintenance services. NxFold built a lead-generating website on Next.js and Vercel: a homepage leading with service scope, certifications and completed work rather than a mission statement, a separate page for each service discipline able to rank on its own, and a short quote request one click from every page. Technical SEO groundwork covers a market that searches by service and by emirate. Quote requests are estimated up 52% in the 90 days after launch.

01 The problem behind Alpha Global

Alpha Global was winning contracts through referrals alone — but had no digital presence to capture the growing volume of businesses actively searching online for maintenance services in UAE. Their website was a digital business card: no trust signals, no conversion mechanism, no reason to call.

02 Our strategy for Alpha Global

We led every page with the signals that matter most to commercial buyers: certifications, service scope, completed project examples, and client proof. Then made requesting a quote the obvious next action — not buried, not optional, always one click away.

03 What we built for Alpha Global

We led with services, credentials and social proof up front, then made requesting a quote the obvious next step on every page.

(✦) What we shipped for Alpha Global

  • A homepage leading with what a commercial buyer checks first — service scope, credentials and completed work — instead of a company mission statement.
  • A page per service discipline, each able to rank on its own and each ending in the same request.
  • Certifications and approvals surfaced as trust signals rather than buried in an About page attachment.
  • Completed project examples presented as evidence of scope and scale, for a buyer who cannot rely on brand recognition.
  • A quote request one click from every page, short enough that a facilities manager finishes it between meetings.
  • Technical SEO groundwork — structure, metadata and speed — for a market that searches by service and by emirate.

(✦)FAQ

Alpha Global: questions, answered.

  • We win everything on referral. Why would we need a website?

The referral gets you the enquiry; the website decides whether you survive the shortlist. The buyer who was given your name still searches it, and lands on whatever is there. Alpha Global's site was doing that job badly, which is a different problem from not doing it at all.

  • Our contracts stop us naming clients. Can we still show proof?

Yes, and most contractors are in the same position. Scope, building type, scale, duration and outcome are usually all disclosable — it is the logo that is not. A described project with real numbers persuades a facilities manager more than a logo wall does anyway.

  • How long before enquiries actually move?

The site converts the traffic you already have from launch, which is the fast part. New organic traffic is slower — three to six months before service-and-emirate searches land consistently, longer in the more competitive trades.

  • What counts as a qualified quote request?

One where you know the scope, the site and the timeline before you call back. That is a form design question more than a marketing one: ask for the three things that let you price, and nothing else.

  • Do we need Arabic?

For commercial contracting in the UAE, usually yes on the government and semi-government side, and it rarely hurts elsewhere. We build bilingual by default with separate metadata per language, so the Arabic side ranks as its own site rather than as a translation.
