(✦) — The problem
A weak brand costs you deals you never even know you lost.
Before a prospect talks to you, they have already judged you — by your website, your pitch deck, your Instagram grid, your business card. Inconsistent branding, a generic logo, and colours that clash across formats signal that the details matter less to you than the pitch. For premium clients, that's a disqualifier.
Inconsistent visual identity
Your logo looks different on the website, the business card, and the Instagram story. Every mismatch erodes the trust you're trying to build.
Generic or dated logo
A logo that could belong to any business in your category is doing negative work — it blends rather than distinguishes.
No brand guidelines
Without documented standards, every new piece of marketing starts from scratch. Quality varies. Brand coherence deteriorates.
Losing deals on first impression
Premium clients buy from businesses that look premium. A brand that underrepresents your quality costs you deals before you get to demonstrate the substance.

(✦) — What you get
A brand system. Not just a logo.
Logo and visual mark
A mark that distils your positioning into a visual form — scalable from a 16px favicon to a building-side hoarding, with variants for every context.
Typography system
Curated typeface selections with a defined hierarchy — display, body, caption — so every piece of content reads as part of the same brand.
Colour palette
Primary, secondary, and neutral colours defined in hex, RGB, and CMYK — with usage ratios and contrast pairs for both digital and print.
Brand guidelines
A complete brand standards document: logo usage, colour application, typography rules, photography direction, and tone-of-voice guidance.
Digital asset kit
Logo in SVG, PNG, and PDF. Social media profile images, cover photos, and post templates for the platforms your brand uses.
Arabic identity integration
Your brand mark adapted for Arabic typography — with a logotype that works in both scripts without looking like a translation.
Web integration
Brand system handed directly into your web project — CSS variables, font files, and component styles — so the website and brand are the same thing.
Two directions, full refinement
We present two distinct brand directions. You choose, then we refine through feedback rounds until the system is exactly right.
(02) — How we approach it
We design identity as a system, not just a logo: a flexible mark, a type hierarchy, a color palette and the rules that keep it consistent across every touchpoint. Grounded in who you are and who you're for — so your brand feels intentional and premium, and translates straight into the website we build around it.

(✦) — Why NxFold
We design identity as a system. Not a deliverable.
A logo file is not a brand. A brand is a system that stays consistent when you're not in the room.
System thinking
We design the logo, the type, the colour, and the rules simultaneously — so every element works together rather than assembled from separate decisions.
Arabic/English fluency
We design bilingual identity that works as designed in both scripts — not an Arabic version that looks like an afterthought appended at the end.
Built into the web project
When we build your site alongside your brand, the design system transfers directly — no interpretation required, no visual drift over time.
Premium market positioning
We have experience designing for the UAE premium market, where the brand has to signal quality before the product gets the chance to.
Fixed scope, no surprises
You know exactly what's included and what it costs before we start. No scope creep, no 'that's extra' after you've already committed.

(06) — FAQ
Questions, answered.
Everything you need to know before we start.
What is included in a brand identity project?
A complete brand identity includes: a logo mark with multiple variants (full colour, reversed, icon-only), a typography system (display and body typefaces with size scales), a colour palette (primary, secondary, neutral with hex/RGB/CMYK codes), and a brand guidelines document covering usage rules for logo, colour, and type. Digital asset files in all required formats are delivered on completion.
Can you refresh or update an existing brand?
Yes. We offer brand refreshes that modernise your existing identity without abandoning built-up brand recognition. This could mean cleaning up an inconsistent logo, creating missing variations, updating the colour palette, or formalising guidelines that were never documented. We assess how much equity your current brand holds before recommending how much to change.
What is a brand guidelines document?
A brand guidelines document (also called a brand standards manual) is the definitive reference for how your brand should look and sound. It covers: logo usage rules (minimum sizes, clear space, prohibited uses), colour application ratios, typography hierarchy, photography direction, tone-of-voice guidance, and examples of correct and incorrect usage. It's what you hand to any designer, printer, or agency to ensure they represent your brand correctly.
How much does brand identity design cost?
Brand identity projects at NxFold typically range from AED 5,000 to AED 20,000 depending on scope, number of deliverables, and whether it includes web integration. We provide fixed-price proposals after a brief — no hourly billing, no surprise additions at the end.
How long does a branding project take?
A focused brand identity project (logo, type, colour, guidelines) typically takes 3–5 weeks. Projects that include a brand strategy phase or additional deliverables like packaging or web integration run 6–10 weeks. We set timelines at the start and stick to them.
Do you design logos in Arabic as well as English?
Yes. We design bilingual brand marks — a logotype that works in both Arabic and English scripts simultaneously, not a transliteration created as an afterthought. Both scripts are given equal creative attention so the brand reads as intentionally designed in both languages.
Do you design the website as well as the brand?
That's our speciality. When we handle both, the brand system transfers directly into the website — no interpretation gap, no visual drift between the guidelines document and the live site. CSS variables, font files, and component styles are derived directly from the brand system.
What file formats will I receive?
You receive the logo in SVG (infinitely scalable, ideal for web), PNG with transparent background (for presentations and print), and PDF (for professional print). If you need specific formats for outdoor advertising, embroidery, or other applications, we provide those as part of the delivery.
How does the design process work?
We begin with a brand discovery session covering your positioning, target audience, competitors, and visual references. We then develop two distinct brand directions and present them with strategic rationale. You choose a direction, and we refine through 2–3 rounds of feedback until the system is exactly right. You sign off before we produce final files.
Can you brand our social media presence as well?
Yes. We produce social media brand kits: profile images, cover photos, story templates, and post templates for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms you use. Designed within the brand system so every touchpoint looks intentional.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete system: the logo plus the typography, colour palette, rules for how they're used together, and the assets that apply them across every touchpoint. A logo without a system produces inconsistency. A brand identity system produces recognition.
Do you do brand strategy as well as design?
We offer light-touch positioning work as part of the discovery phase — helping you articulate who you're for, what you stand for, and how you want to be perceived. For comprehensive brand strategy (market research, brand architecture, naming) we can recommend specialist strategy partners we work alongside.
Can the brand identity be used for print materials?
Yes. All colour definitions include CMYK values for accurate print reproduction. If you need printed materials designed (business cards, letterheads, brochures, signage), we offer that as an extension of the identity project.
What if my business already has some brand elements I want to keep?
We work with what you have. If you have a logo you want to keep but need type, colour, and guidelines around it — we can build a system that preserves the existing mark. We'll be honest if we think an element is working against you, but the decision is always yours.
How does a strong brand affect business performance?
Directly: premium positioning allows higher pricing, consistent brand presentation increases trust which improves conversion rates, and a distinctive visual identity improves recall so customers come back to you rather than searching again. Indirectly: a professional brand attracts better partnership opportunities, talent, and press — and reduces the friction in every sales conversation.
