(✦) In summary: Leadora

Leadora is a real estate lead management platform built by NxFold for brokerages in the United Arab Emirates, where enquiries arrive from Meta lead ads, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and the company's own website and each one lands somewhere different. It captures every source into a single pipeline — eleven and counting — scores intent on arrival, assigns an agent by rule within a minute, and logs every WhatsApp message, call and email on one timeline through to payment milestones. It is a multi-tenant Next.js and PostgreSQL build with the WhatsApp Business API wired in.

01 The problem behind Leadora

Brokerages were losing leads in the gaps between sources — Meta ads, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and the website each landed somewhere different, response times slipped, and no one could see which enquiries were being worked.

02 Our strategy for Leadora

We built one pipeline for every source: capture, score, and route each enquiry to the right agent in under a minute, then track the conversation over WhatsApp, calls and email until the deal closes.

03 What we built for Leadora

We designed a lead OS that unifies 11+ sources, auto-scores intent, assigns agents in seconds, logs every touch, and tracks deals and payment milestones — with WhatsApp, call logging and email built in.

(✦) What we shipped for Leadora

  • One intake for every source a UAE brokerage actually uses — Meta lead ads, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle and the website — eleven and counting, landing in a single pipeline.
  • Automatic intent scoring on arrival, so the enquiry worth calling first is visible without anyone reading down the queue.
  • Agent assignment in under a minute, by rule rather than by whoever notices first.
  • Every touch logged on one timeline — WhatsApp, calls and email — so a lead survives an agent's day off and their resignation.
  • Deal tracking through to payment milestones, so the pipeline reflects money rather than activity.
  • A multi-tenant build on Next.js and PostgreSQL with the WhatsApp Business API wired in.

04 The outcome for Leadora

A single workspace where every lead is captured, scored and worked — so brokerages stop leaking enquiries and agents spend their time on the deals most likely to close.

(✦)FAQ

Leadora: questions, answered.

  • Can it really pull leads from Bayut and Property Finder automatically?

Yes — that is the point of it. Portal enquiries arrive by email or webhook depending on your plan, and both are parseable into a structured lead. The work is in the mapping and the deduplication, because the same buyer will enquire on three listings in one evening.

  • Our agents live in WhatsApp. Do they have to change how they work?

No, and any system that requires it gets abandoned within a month. The WhatsApp conversation is logged against the lead rather than replaced by a form: the agent keeps the habit, the brokerage gets the record.

  • What happens to a pipeline when an agent leaves?

It stays. That is most of the reason brokerages buy something like this. Every conversation sits on the lead rather than on somebody's phone, so reassignment is a decision rather than an archaeology project.

  • Should we buy a CRM or build one?

Buy, unless your process is genuinely unusual or the portal integrations you need do not exist off the shelf — which in this market happens more often than you would expect. We would rather talk you into a configured off-the-shelf CRM than sell you a build you do not need.

  • How long to get a brokerage running on it?

The platform is built; the time goes into your sources, your routing rules and your existing data. Plan in weeks rather than months, and start with one team rather than the whole floor.
