(✦) In summary: Pampa

Pampa is an event venue and party-planning company in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Every enquiry used to open with the same three questions, so NxFold built a website that answers them before anyone types a message: the warehouse shown mid-event, then a 17.5 × 14 m open floor, 150 standing or 100 seated, climate control, AV and parking. Eight occasion pages — kids' birthdays, adults' events, corporate, weddings, outdoor, the VR arena, Christmas and Ramadan — each carry their own URL and CTA, the giant-bubble range has a page of its own, and package pricing is published with inclusions and VAT. It is a mobile-first Next.js and Vercel build ending in WhatsApp.

01 The problem behind Pampa

Enquiries reached Pampa through Instagram DMs, phone calls and word of mouth, and every one of them opened with the same three questions: how big is the space, how many guests does it hold, and what does a party actually include? Nothing online answered them, so the team re-typed the same replies all day — and a parent comparing three venues at once books with whoever replies fastest and clearest, not whoever has the better room.

02 Our strategy for Pampa

Lead with the room, then remove every reason to hesitate before the visitor types a single message. Put the space, its exact dimensions and its standing and seated capacity above the fold; price the packages in public with the inclusions listed line by line; give every occasion — kids' birthdays, corporate, weddings, outdoor, seasonal — a page of its own that can rank and sell without help; and finish each one in WhatsApp, where this market actually books.

03 What we built for Pampa

We built a fast Next.js marketing site around the venue itself: a hero showing the warehouse mid-event, then the numbers a planner checks first — a 17.5 × 14 m open floor, 150 standing or 100 seated, climate control, AV, a dedicated load-in and parking off Sheikh Zayed Road. Eight occasion pages cover birthdays, adults' events, corporate, weddings and engagements, outdoor events, the VR arena and the Christmas and Ramadan seasons, and the giant-bubble range gets a page of its own with every size, the full colour list, the install window and the safety certification. Packages, the per-extra-guest rate and VAT are stated up front, and a WhatsApp CTA follows the visitor down every screen.

(✦) What we shipped for Pampa

  • A venue-first homepage — the warehouse mid-event, then the facts a planner checks first: 17.5 × 14 m of open floor, 150 standing, 100 seated.
  • Eight occasion pages — kids' birthdays, adults' events, corporate, weddings and engagements, outdoor events, VR arena, Christmas and Ramadan — each with its own URL, metadata and CTA so it can rank on its own.
  • A dedicated giant-bubbles page: every size from 40 cm to 8 m, the full colour range, the 120–180 minute install window and the safety certification.
  • Package pricing in public, with inclusions listed line by line plus the per-extra-guest rate and VAT stated before anyone has to ask.
  • A persistent WhatsApp CTA on every screen, so the enquiry is one tap away from wherever the visitor stops reading.
  • Venue detail, process, FAQ and blog pages that answer the pre-booking questions the team used to field by hand.
  • A mobile-first build on Next.js and Vercel — this traffic arrives on a phone, usually with two other venues open in another tab.

04 The outcome for Pampa

The enquiry now starts after the visitor has seen the room, checked it fits their guest count and read what the package covers — so the first message is about holding a date, not measuring a warehouse. Seasonal demand has somewhere to land, the giant-bubble and VR lines have pages that can be found and linked on their own, and the questions the team used to answer by hand are answered before anyone opens a chat.

(✦) What this project demonstrates

This project demonstrates NxFold's experience building venue and event websites in Dubai, including per-occasion landing pages that can rank independently and public package pricing that qualifies an enquiry before it arrives.

(✦)FAQ

Pampa: questions, answered.

  • How long does a site like Pampa's take to build?

A venue site at this size — homepage, venue detail, eight occasion pages, plus process, FAQ and blog — runs about 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Photography and final package details usually set the pace, not the build.

  • What does a project like this cost?

It depends on the page count, how much of the content already exists, and whether booking or payment logic sits behind it. Send us a short brief and you get an itemised, fixed-price quote within 24 hours — no obligation, no discovery fee.

  • Can you build it in Arabic as well as English?

Yes. We build bilingual English/Arabic by default — full right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and separate metadata per language, so the Arabic side ranks as its own site rather than a translated afterthought.

  • Why route bookings to WhatsApp instead of a booking form?

Because that is where this market already talks. A form drops an enquiry into an inbox and asks the visitor to wait; WhatsApp opens a conversation the team can answer from a phone with the date and package already in front of them. Where a form genuinely fits — deposits, seat counts, corporate procurement — we build both and route them separately.

  • We're not an event venue. Does any of this apply to us?

The pattern does: show the thing being bought, answer the capacity and price questions in public, and keep the enquiry one tap away. We have run the same play for a luxury car fleet, a chauffeur company and a holiday-home operator — same rooms of the site, different inventory.
