(✦) — In summary: Orvan Perfume
Orvan Perfume is a fragrance brand serving shoppers across the United Arab Emirates. NxFold built an Arabic and English ecommerce website that connects perfume storytelling with a practical buying journey: shoppers can explore fragrance notes, search and filter the catalogue, review sizes and availability, and continue from a persistent cart to guest checkout. The Next.js and TypeScript build includes UAE delivery rules and Stripe card checkout, with staff tools for products, stock, orders, promotions and invoices. Arabic is the default storefront language, with layouts and product content adapted for both reading directions.
01 — The problem behind Orvan Perfume
Buying perfume online asks a shopper to choose something they cannot smell. Bottle photography has to work alongside useful information: fragrance notes, product type, size, price and availability. For Orvan, the design problem also extended beyond the product page. Arabic and English shoppers needed a coherent route into checkout, while the team needed to maintain the same catalogue and stock behind the storefront. A convincing brand presentation and a usable retail system had to be designed together.
02 — Our strategy for Orvan Perfume
Give each part of the journey a clear job. The homepage introduces the fragrances through the brand's supplied artwork and product photography. The catalogue helps visitors narrow their choice through search, categories and sorting. Product pages explain the scent and available options before asking for an order. Carry the selected items into a persistent cart and guest checkout, showing delivery choices and totals before payment. Make Arabic the default experience and give English shoppers an equally complete path.
03 — What we built for Orvan Perfume
We developed a responsive Next.js storefront with distinct journeys for perfumes, body fragrances, scented oud, blends and perfume oils. Product pages combine galleries, fragrance notes where available, variant selection, AED prices and stock-aware purchase controls. The cart persists between visits, and checkout calculates prices and UAE delivery on the server before continuing to Stripe. Behind the storefront, staff can manage catalogue content, variants, stock, orders, promotions, delivery settings and numbered invoices. Product-specific metadata, canonical URLs, language alternates and Product/Offer structured data support the product pages; category and collection URLs organise discovery.

04 — The outcome for Orvan Perfume
Orvan has a published perfume store where shoppers can move from discovering a scent to reviewing an order in Arabic or English. Product information, availability, the cart and delivery costs form one connected journey, with card checkout available and WhatsApp support within reach. The retail team has tools to maintain the offer and handle orders behind that experience. The delivered outcome is the store and its operating workflow; sales, conversion and search growth require separate measurement against actual store records.
(✦) — What this project demonstrates
Orvan demonstrates NxFold's experience building bilingual perfume ecommerce websites for the UAE, combining fragrance-led product presentation, Arabic RTL layouts, card checkout and the catalogue and order tools a retail team needs.
(✦) — FAQ
Orvan Perfume: questions, answered.
What makes a perfume ecommerce website different from a general product store?
The product page has to help someone evaluate a scent remotely. Orvan combines fragrance notes, bottle imagery, sizes and availability so the decision has more context than a name and a price. Oils, scented oud and body fragrances also need their own product information and categories.
Does Orvan support Arabic shopping and checkout?
Yes. Arabic is the default storefront language, and an English version is available. Navigation, product content, cart and checkout are localised, with RTL and LTR layouts appropriate to each language.
What payment and delivery scope does this project demonstrate?
The published store offers card checkout through Stripe and delivery within the UAE, with delivery rules covering the Western Region separately. The case study describes the configured shopping journey; payment-method choices and delivery coverage for another store depend on that merchant's accounts and operations.
Can the team manage the store after launch?
The build includes staff tools for product content, variants, stock, orders, promotions, delivery settings and invoices. A similar project starts by defining who maintains each part of the catalogue and what must happen after a customer places an order.
