01 — Problem
Farm product trading across UAE and GCC was trapped in WhatsApp groups and physical markets. There was no trusted digital platform where buyers and sellers could find each other, verify listings, and transact safely — and no existing app was built natively for Arabic speakers.
02 — Strategy
We built Halaly Arabic-first, right-to-left from the architecture up. A native mobile experience where listing, browsing, and messaging feel as natural as the offline market it replaces. Community trust is built through verified profiles and category-specific discovery.
