01 — Problem
Kite Beach's volleyball scene ran on scattered WhatsApp groups — players never knew which sessions had open spots, who was coming, or how to pay without chasing an organiser. Casual interest kept leaking out before anyone made it to the sand.
02 — Strategy
We built the home base for the community: every open session in one feed, live spot counts, visible player lists, and payment that clears in the app. Show up ready, not guessing.
03 — What we built
We designed a fast, mobile-first app around the moment of decision — browse by sport and level, see who's already in, and confirm a spot with Apple Pay or card in two taps. Sessions, courts and cancellations are all managed from one place.
